As an intern within the commercial organization at SAP, you will be involved in:

Commercial Support:

- Assist sales teams in managing client accounts.
- Participate in the development of commercial offers in collaboration with sales managers.
- Handle order processing for On Premise products, particularly upsells on BI Business Objects products.

Market Analysis:

- Contribute to market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Help identify business opportunities and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

- Participate in managing client relationships by ensuring regular follow-up and gathering client feedback.
- Manage the update of the client and prospect database in the SAP Harmony system.

Partner Relations:

- Manage commercial engagement with BI On Premise partners.
- Ensure payment follow-up with partners to unlock accounts and enable new orders.
- Handle billing management for partner contracts.

Training and Development:

- Attend internal training sessions offered by SAP to develop your sales and client relationship skills.
- Participate in the organization of SAP and partner events: trade shows, etc.

Your Profile:

- Student in auniversity.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interest in the commercial domain and client relationship.
- Good understanding of software and technological solutions, preferably in the information technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and motivated by continuous learning.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a demanding professional environment.
- Proficiency in computer tools and management software.

Duration: 6 months
Estimated start date: March 2026

Your Team:
You will be part of the General Business team in Levallois. This team is dedicated to medium-sized companies (with less than 1 billion in revenue for existing clients) and Net New Name accounts (non-SAP ERP clients), and it also works closely with a partner ecosystem (representing 80% of our activity).
Additionally, this team collaborates with an extended team of distribution partners, pre-sales, experts, and industry organizations (all dedicated to different products within the ERP framework).
Our market is also integrated with the Digital Sales team based in Barcelona. Medium-sized companies are divided between large accounts in Levallois and volume business in Barcelona. All are under the supervision of the Head of General Business in Levallois-Perret.

In accordance with the French legislation, for any duration over 2 months, this internship is paid in line with the SAP gratification grid.
