Context
A leading global cosmetics company is seeking a Senior CRM Project Manager for a 6-month renewable freelance mission based in Levallois-Perret. The role involves managing digital projects within complex technical environments, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Missions
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with various teams
- Understand, gather, and translate business requirements and pain points into solution designs
- Conduct business needs analysis and impact studies
- Write technico-functional specifications
- Follow up on solution build progress through team coordination
- Support solution build via configuration only
- Perform IT testing
- Define solution design and business acceptance criteria for integration and end-to-end tests
- Support business validation tests (User Acceptance Tests)
- Transfer expertise to build, run, and business teams and maintain project documentation
- Provide hypercare support post-deployment
