Because here, you won't be just another intern. You're joining the creative agency of our advertising Sales OPS (Special Operation) Team - a unique unit that designs tailor-made operations for brands.
We don't just do classic advertising. We create 360° campaigns that blend influence, brand content, events, and media. Real example: an influence operation for Lustucru with a TikToker integrating product placement into her vlogs, broadcast across social networks. That's our daily reality: creative, strategic, and always custom-made.
Your mission: Support the Sales OPS Team in designing and deploying special operations for advertisers and agencies. You'll be at the heart of ambitious projects, at the crossroads of sales, creativity, and production.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US
Support business development
You analyze client briefs, contribute to recommendations (presentations, pitches, campaigns), conduct benchmarks, and monitor competitive intelligence. You become the expert who shows up to meetings fully prepared.
Design creative operations
You participate in defining creative concepts tailored to client needs. You help structure campaigns (formats, mechanics, timelines) and coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media). Here, we don't copy, we innovate.
Ensure operational follow-up
You support campaign implementation, track timelines and deliverables, and interface between internal teams and partners. Nothing slips through - you're the guardian of execution.
Analyze and optimize
You track performance indicators, participate in campaign debriefs, and identify optimization opportunities. Because here, every campaign is a chance to learn and improve.
Le profil recherché
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
What we're really looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (Business, Communication, Marketing) looking for an apprenticeship
- Excellent communication in French (written & spoken) - English is a real plus
- Passion for media and advertising - you're interested in innovative campaigns and new trends
- Analytical and synthesis skills - you get to the point and structure your thinking
- Rigorous and organized - you manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track
- Great people skills and team spirit - you naturally collaborate with diverse profiles (sales, creative, production)
Nice-to-haves that make the difference:
- Strong command of PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva - you create compelling presentations
- Strong writing skills - you communicate clearly and with impact
- Knowledge of digital environments - you follow marketing trends and new formats
- Understanding of performance tracking (KPIs) - a plus to grasp the impact of your actions
