Description of the role

As part of its growing structure, Quandela is looking for a Legal Intern to join its legal team under the supervision of the CFO. The intern will play a key role in helping to set up a comprehensive contract management system and supporting the legal aspects of strategic projects across the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Implement a database to manage all the contracts;

- Review, analyze, and help organize all existing contracts (suppliers, consultants, clients, etc.), and draft any missing agreements as needed;

- Support the management team in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting international contracts;

- Draft internal legal memos on various business law topics and data protection issues;

- Provide legal guidance to Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Research and Academic Partnership teams, offering actionable legal solutions;
- Ensure ongoing legal monitoring and communicate relevant updates to the teams;

- Assist in organizing and managing legal documentation and contribute to broader administrative support within the legal department.

- Internship Allowance between €1,200 and €1,400 per month

- 1,5 days off per month, cumulative

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law or Contract Law. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement.
- You are looking for an internship for the beginning of 2026.

- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken);

- Previous internship or experience in contract law is a strong asset;
- Knowledge of French law is a big plus;

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;

- Ability to take ownership of drafting and following up on legal documents;

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
