Missions :

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our store in MUNICH.

Your responsibilities:

You are a true ambassador for the JACADI brand and are passionate about the world of children. You are responsible for promoting the store's commercial performance and managing the teams. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

Team management :

You will lead the teams with the aim of increasing sales.

You will be responsible for recruiting your teams and will be supported in this task by the network's human resources manager and the regional director.

You will ensure the training and skills development of your teams in collaboration with the network's training manager.

You will be responsible for organizing schedules.

Store management and sales coordination:

You will be responsible for developing the store's revenue.

You will play an active role in supporting our customers and ensuring the quality of personalized service in order to build customer loyalty.

You are responsible for monitoring stock levels and planning store restocking to meet customer needs.

Merchandising:

You ensure the smooth running of the store and are responsible for the layout of the sales area, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the merchandising team.

You will participate in sales-related tasks (inventory, unpacking, labeling, etc.).
