Deploying and ensuring the implementation of the Group's IT strategy;

Supporting the Group's subsidiaries in their digital transformation, mobility, and digitalization initiatives.

The Fayat Road Equipment Division (FRED) designs and provides innovative and sustainable solutions for road construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation.Fayat IT is looking for its future Deployment & Run Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent contract in Massy (France, Paris greater area).

As Deployment & Run Manager, you own the critical transition from build to run and ensure the stable, efficient operation of live systems within the FRED Digital Eco-System. You act as the operational backbone of digital products, coordinating releases, stabilizing new solutions, and ensuring that services meet agreed performance and reliability standards over time.

The FRED Digital Eco-System is a strategic, group-wide transformation initiative shaping how the company builds, deploys, and operates its digital capabilities.
By standardizing platforms, processes, and governance across brands, the Eco-System ensures reliable, secure, and scalable digital services.
It is a cornerstone of FRED's long-term strategy, enabling operational excellence, business continuity, and the sustainable scaling of digital products.

Key Responsabilites :

- Own deployment, release, and hypercare phases to ensure smooth go-lives
- Managing technical obsolescence.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for live systems (keeping the lights on)
- Ensure system stability, availability, security and performance through monitoring.
- Lead incident and change management in coordination with IT and suppliers
- Define and ensure SLO fulfillment, including operational KPIs
- Maintain an overview of the IT environment, including licenses and run costs.
