Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager will be ahands-on and data drivenstrategic partnerforfield sales and business development teams,acting as a liaison between CorporateMarketing and the regional sales teamsto build alignment and communication to achieveregional business goals,pipelineand revenue targets.The person in this role will create and execute on a marketing plan to support prospecting, lead & pipelinegenerationand closed revenue, as well as support customer marketing initiatives including the customer reference program and customer marketing programs.The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a willingness to work together as a team to meet our deadlines and lead generation goals.The FMMhas the ability toact as a spokesperson and a brand ambassador for our products and services (whennecessary).The rightcandidateis someone whodoesn'tjustexecute tasks across multiple projects but takesonfullownershipand accountabilityforallthepipeline and revenue goals in theNorthern Europe region.

Your Focus:

- Work in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with sales, business development and others in planning, development,executionand measurement of field marketing activities.

- Drive Regional Marketing Programs to support lead gen, prospecting,pipelineand revenue generation programs

- Working with sales leadership to build and execute go-to-market strategyfor the North European region.

- Takefullownershipand accountabilityof field marketing programs, including events, sponsorships, paid media, webinars, brand awarenesscampaign, online campaigns and more, toshowcasecustomer success anddemonstratethe value oftheproductto support customer retention and new customer acquisition.

- Plan andalignjoint marketing with our key partners.

- Facilitate and track lead distribution and follow up activities with sales and business development teams.

- Track and report campaign metrics as well as overall ROI

- Manage project timelines, quality,resourcesand budget to plan, which may include the management of external agencies

- Ensure collaborative feedback from sales leadership is delivered back to global marketing to drive alignment of regional marketing investment to sales

- Collaborate with regional and global marketing peers to plan, develop and execute local marketing programs.

- Improve Marketing-Sales-Customer engagement by being the conduit for the region into Marketing (e.g.Corporate Marketingat HQand Product Marketing), local priorities and advocacy, and providing field sales and customer/prospect feedback oncompanyMarketing and Product initiatives

- Deliver communication to the sales teamregardingprogram information, updates, expected involvement and access to promotional materials

- Workcloselywith regional andtheglobal marketingteam at HQ (Digital marketing, Product marketing)and cross functional peers to ensure relevantandaccuratesolution messagingis delivered across all events and campaigns.

- Supportand afacilitatecustomer marketing initiatives- including securingcustomer participation in regional and national marketing activities including pressreleases, case study write-ups,speakingsessions/presentations atcompany's flagshipevents, participation in industryevents/awards, etc.

Qualifications:

- Education: MinimumBachelor'sdegree or comparable vocational education

- 8+ years marketing experience

- Strongfield marketingbackground and execution experience, preferably in the SaaS space

- Fluent oral and written skills in Englishrequired

- Knowledge of Enterprise Software Industry and B2B Go to Market processes and tactics

- Experience in working within acustomer focusedsales environment with an understanding of sales channels and market segments
