Reporting directly to the Director of AdTech Specialists, the successful candidate will play a vital role in managing Display and Instream demand partners SSP / DSP integrations. He will also offer a technical ad expertise to various teams, including Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Ad Tech Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor, and maintain technical integrations of SSP and DSP across the exchange and monetization platforms (OpenRTB, Prebid, client-side).
- Support product enhancements, including bidder delivery, optimization, technical integration, testing, and rollout.
- Ensure high-quality technical execution across AdTech implementations and act as a trusted technical contact for internal teams.
- Provide first-level technical support to Partnerships, AdOps, Data, CSM, Sales, and Clients, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on ongoing tasks, projects, and escalations related to AdTech activities.

Operational & Technical Activities

- Own technical support tickets end-to-end: diagnose, document, and qualify issues before escalating to AdTech Product and Engineering teams.
- Participate in testing and benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices, tools, and optimization opportunities.
- Apply established best practices for partner integration and troubleshooting, leveraging internal tools and documentation.
- Proactively identify issues and propose practical solutions with a structured and analytical approach.
- Participate in technical meetings and post-mortem analyses to contribute insights and continuously improve processes.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

- Contribute to and maintain technical documentation such as checklists, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
- Support internal training and enablement initiatives by sharing technical knowledge with AdOps and cross-functional teams.
- Promote engineering and operational best practices within the team.
- Contribute to tooling or process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability of AdTech operations.
