Both member firms share a commitment to providing an unmatched client experience, delivering audit & assurance, tax, advisory and consulting services around the world.As the Global Network Project Management Officer (PMO) you will coordinate industry sector and service line committees for the Forvis Mazars Global Network's Go-to-Market initiative. This role facilitates meetings, tracks project progress, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures alignment of project plans. By efficiently organizing resources and tasks, the PMO supports timely delivery of strategic cross-border business development initiatives to grow cross-border business within the Global Network.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Support the development and maintenance of project plans by updating documentation, tracking changes, and ensuring files remain organized and current

- Schedule project resources, including coordinating availability and organizing logistics

- Manage and prioritize assigned administrative and tasklevel responsibilities to support timely project delivery

- Coordinate internal status meetings by preparing agendas, sending invites, taking meeting notes, and tracking follow-up items

- Provide support to committee members by following up on action items and ensuring tasks are recorded and updated

- Collaborate with member firm contacts by sharing documents, gathering information, and maintaining clear project records

- Assist with regular team checkins by preparing materials and documenting roadblocks for escalation

- Communicate project updates and expectations clearly and professionally

- Build strong relationships with committees and other stakeholders through clear communication, working sessions, and regular status updates

- Prepare and distribute monthly status reports by gathering updates, formatting summaries, and confirming delivery

- Pull and compile client and prospect information from CRM tools for leadership review
