Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Amazon Account Manager to drive a portfolio of premium global brands. You will own the Amazon strategy end-to-end-from onboarding through continuous performance optimization-while contributing to the evolution of our tech platform. You will join a high-performing operations team and have the opportunity to bring your strategic vision and account management expertise to the table.OmnyAI to maximize their performance on Amazon.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

- Manage a portfolio of premium brands and drive their growth on Amazon using OmnyAI's automation tools.
- Understand clients' business challenges and define tailored e-commerce strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and propose high-value action plans.
- Perform ad hoc analyses on sales, content, advertising, pricing, and logistics.

Advertising Strategy and Management

- Define clients' Amazon Ads strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns through OmnyAI, leveraging the platform's AI features.
- Fine-tune automated decisions to ensure relevance and improve performance.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend concrete optimizations.

Client Development & Operational Excellence

- Activate the right levers to maximize performance (product listing optimization, enhanced content, logistics, pricing, advertising).
- Ensure product availability across all Amazon marketplaces.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trusted relationships.
- Contribute to the evolution of OmnyAI by sharing client feedback with the Product team.

Management & Collaboration

- Mentor and support junior team members' skill development.
- Serve as a key reference point for solving complex issues.
