Mission :

- Deliver / analyze / propose a sound and fiable reporting track to contribute proactively to a better analysis and understanding of HR topics within the BU, to ensure a better steering of our different activities and to assist BU HR Director in key decision making
- Assist BU HR Director in each of the key HR processes (analysis of data, monitoring of the timelines, providing expertise on key HRIS to internal customers)
- Monitore monthly, Quarterly and every other reports
- Provide assistance in headcount and other data accuracy

Analysis activities:

- Set up and deliver every necessary reports based on our HR tools as fixed with BU HRD
- Provide friendly and accessible visioning of these data to facilitate their monitoring
- Ensure every local HR team will report same data same way, in due time and provide them any kind of support to achieve the objective
- Actively monitor the data accuracy within the region and challenge/support local HR teams
- Interface with other data specialists in the organization when needed
- Interface with countries and track the hosted headcounts and liaise with finance when needed
- Active support in headcount analysis and data accuracy

HRIS / Training management:

- HRIS: provide orientations to build a specific training plan for HR of the regional perimeter in case of need, to ensure the right level of alignment and knowledge across the BU.
- Provide key insights on current training plans, skills gaps (ex: technical) to help building any relevant specific plan / understand ROI of our investments/anticipate needs
- Ensure we will be compliant with any mandatory trainings at BU level according to audit requirements or findings

Key HR processes:

- Assist the BU HRD in monitoring and analyzing in due time the data related to every key HR processes (salary review, performance review, development reviews, people reviews, etc ),
- Challenge results and formulate, if needed, any kind of recommendations. Alert if any deviation versus objectives fixed.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment requests, off-cycles etc requirements

Profile :

- Min Bac +3 (Mathématics/Statistics/IT) - Master's degree (Master en Statistiques et Informatique Décisionnelle (SID)/ Data science/Business Analytics / Informatique oriented to HR fields)
- Solid first experience in a matrix environment, industrial and agile context preferred.
- Very good command of English
- Strong acumen in Excel, Power BI mandatory, Qlikview appreciated. Python/R/SQL (programmation) would be a plus.
- Machine learning is a plus (IA)
- Demonstrated capacity to propose relevant visualization of data
- Key behavioral competencies (on top of PO Group competencies)
- Results oriented, very well organized and structured, capable to work under pressure and quickly while maintaining a high level of reliability in data, capable to anticipate and adapt to the needs, team player. Appetite for sharing technical skills and train other populations.
- Capacity to understand the big picture based on detailed analysis.
- Strong compliance sense as well as confidentiality are absolutely key.
