Our team of 85 employees, specialises in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications. We offer a wide range of services, from developing the most efficient and brightest single photons sources, to creating algorithms for quantum computers and providing cloud quantum computing solutions.

- Quandela has been chosen to participate in the French Tech 2030 program, which aims to bolster French companies pioneering groundbreaking innovations.Quandela is hiring a Project Management Intern for a 6-month internship (final-year or gap year P2), starting March/June 2026.

Description of the Project

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to thecoordination, structuring and delivery of client projectsat Quandela. You will work at the intersection of technical teams, industrial partners and internal stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities

Project coordination & organization

- Support the organization and follow-up ofDesign Thinking workshops(RATP, Equans, Rolls-Royce, etc.).
- Prepare and coordinateproject kick-off meetings.
- Organizeproject committees (COPROJ) and steering committees (COPIL).
- Contribute tothe implementation and monitoringof the projectcommunicationroadmap

Project portfolio tracking

- Maintain project tracking dashboards:
- key deliverables and milestones
- timelines and progress
- team time tracking
- Follow technical meetings and alignment sessions.
- SupportGO / NO-GO project reviews.

Client satisfaction & reporting

- Deploy and analyzecustomer satisfaction surveys.
- Consolidate feedback and suggest improvement actions.

Tools & process improvement

- Contribute to the setup and configuration ofproject and portfolio management tools(Jira, Airtable, Notion, dashboards, etc.).
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
