Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for France and Belgium, partnering closely with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience aligned with our values.
- Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, including employer branding and process improvement initiatives.

- Previous experience in recruitment .
- A high level of motivation and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential to collaborate across teams and borders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and attention to detail.
