Our team comprises 400 people in France, New York, and Singapore, all united by the same ambition: to shake up the global video platform ecosystem visibly.Dailymotion is seeking for a dynamic and motivated DevOps Engineer with a strong interest in site reliability and software production. As part of the Platform team, with a strong experience in distributed software architectures and release management, you will contribute to building our internal Platform-as-a-Service running on Kubernetes. You will also be responsible of the maintenance and the evolution of our CD platform based on FluxCD.

Using AGILE methodologies in collaboration with other teams you will help support Dailymotion's business growth by defining appropriate systems and architectures that can handle our development needs and processing volumes.

The successful candidate will have various responsibilities and roles:

- Ensure that the platform is reliable and performant through testing, automation and monitoring
- Participate in the on-call program to provide application support, handle incident management, and troubleshoot production issues
- Ensure optimal use of our Kubernetes clusters in AWS environment, from performance perspective and cost effectiveness perspective ( FinOps)
- Ensure a high level of platform security.
- Maintain and improve our CD platform and delivery workflows
- Share best practices with your peers
- Collaborate with developers to understand their specifics requirements, while continuously improving the architecture and deepening your understanding of the global system. The right component for the right need.
- Provide guidance on MLOPS and Data architectures (Cloud GCP, Airflow, GPUs)
- Maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes, infrastructures, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering and devops to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
