We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will BE the expert on our proprietary SaaS platform (Cross Brand), guiding top brands and high-end international clients through the optimization of their brand investment and maximization of their performance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of marketing analytics, brand strategy, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.

We have built a proprietary Tech and AI driven platform with a unique objective : help brands to objectively optimize their marketing investments by driving real incremental value. Any brand investing in search on its own name is ultimately asking one question : is this cost justified, effective, and could the budget drive more impact elsewhere? With Cross Brand we empower brands to optimize their online presence by seamlessly unifying and controlling their Search activations with a holistic approach, and capturing every opportunity to improve ROI. Key Responsabilities

Brand Investment & Performance Optimization :
- Leverage our SaaS solution to analyze client brand performance data, marketing spend, and market trends
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to clients on how to optimize their brand investments, better allocate marketing budgets, and improve their ROI.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable strategies that clients can implement with your support.

High-end client Relationship Management :
- Manage a portfolio of top brands and high-end clients with an international footprint
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand client business challenges and strategic goals, and proactively identify how our solution and support can deliver value.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

SaaS Solution Expertise & Onboarding :
- Become a subject matter expert on our Cross Brand solution, understanding all features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on how to best leverage the SaaS platform to achieve their specific brand and marketing objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless client experience and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform.
- Share client insights with internal teams to drive product innovation and improve overall service delivery.
