The Role

You'll join our Organic team as a strategic lead on a portfolio of premium clients with an international footprint (Europe & US).

Your mission: be the trusted advisor to demanding decision-makers, translate their business objectives into high-impact Organic strategies, and drive end-to-end execution - SEO, GEO, content, off-site, AI.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting

- Build bespoke SEO/GEO roadmaps covering technical, content, off-site, and performance measurement
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI shifts, and GEO evolutions to keep clients one step ahead
- Collaborate with Paid, Data, and Reach teams to deliver truly integrated strategies

High-End Client Management

- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts (scale-up & enterprise, multi-market)
- Lead business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

360° Organic Performance

- Drive full-funnel strategies across search engines, LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and social platforms
- Master the full chain: technical audits, on-site optimizations, content strategies, Digital PR & off-site campaigns
- Leverage advanced analytics tools - supported by our Data team - to surface high-value insights

Leadership & Internal Development

- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices
- Contribute to the evolution of our internal methodologies and tools

Le profil recherché


What We're Looking For

Experience

- Proven track record in SEO/Organic, ideally from an agency or ambitious digital player
- Demonstrated results on enterprise or complex multi-market accounts
- International exposure (US/Europe) is a strong plus

Hard Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Strong grasp of search algorithms, technical SEO, and GEO/AI challenges
- Ability to build and defend off-site strategies (Digital PR, link building)
- Fluent English is a must - you'll be regularly interfacing with English-speaking clients

Soft Skills

- Outstanding communicator, confident in front of non-technical audiences and senior decision-makers
- Strategic and analytical mindset, results-driven
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-moving environment
