Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Paid Media Experts to join our fast-growing international team. Managing a portfolio of high-end and global clients, you will BE responsible for providing expert-level consulting services, specializing in the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated paid media strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant ROI for clients, and exceptional client relationship management skills.

Key Responsabilities
Strategic Consulting :
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating client business objectives into advanced multi-channel paid media strategies.
- Design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks.
- Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated and performance-driven solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking recommendations.
High-end client Relationship Management :
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth clients with strong US and EU footprints.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate complex strategies and performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Management & Optimization :
- Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising).
- Drive sophisticated targeting, bidding, and segmentation strategies.
- Leverage advanced analytics (with support from our Data team) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership & Mentorship :
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, methodologies and training programs.
